Conveniently situated just 12 miles from Junction 3 on the M58 and only 19 miles from Liverpool (home of The Beatles, Billy Fury), Southport is renowned for its miles of sandy beeches.
Part of The Britania Hotel group,The Prince of Wales Hotel in Southport is a beautiful reminder of Britain’s Victorian Heritage.
We will have use of The International and Cocktail Bar, The Windsor and The Ballroom Suite.
A bar deal has been arranged with selected beers, wines and spirits at £2.49 a drink!
The Costs for this event are:-
£189.00 per person based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double bedded room for THREE nights half board accommodation.
Single travellers will be in a twin or double bedded room and the cost of these rooms is £225.00 in total as there is a £12.00 per night supplement charged by the hotel.
4 Night Option
The cost of the extra night on Thursday 21st November will be £40 pp (£60pp single) to include dinner on Thursday and breakfast on Friday morning. If sufficient numbers choose this option there will be a record hop on Thursday evening
Executive rooms incur a supplement of £10 per room per night.
Rooms with a 4 poster bed and suites incur a supplement of £25 per room per night.
Weekend passes if available at all will be very limited and these will cost £20.00 per person per night to cover all the entertainment, but will not include food and accommodation. Because of the demand for places any more will now only be sold two weeks prior to the event.

We will have 7 great bands as shown below over 3 days, along with our great dj's Dancin' Dave, and Red Hot'n'Rockin and they will keep you dancing the night away.There will be no band during the day on Saturday to enable guests to visit Liverpool on the organised coach if they wish or visit the Southport shops (The Prince Of Wales is in the centre of town). There will be a record hop on the Saturday afternoon in the event of bad weather.
